overview of the program: These Terms and Conditions, together with Cartamundi’s Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference, govern your participation in Bicycle’s “The Game Before the Game” Tailgate you are registering for (“Event”). When you purchase a ticket and/or register for the Event, you agree to enter into these Terms and Conditions with The United States Playing Card Company (“Cartamundi”) and Braxton Brewing Company, LLC (collectively “we”, “us” or “our”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION USAGE: To learn how Cartamundi will use the personal information collected in connection with the Event, you should read the Cartamundi Privacy Policy.

ADMITTANCE: In our sole discretion and without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Event anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Event or pose any danger to any other attendee. You consent and agree that in such event, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of amounts paid.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE: In consideration of being allowed to register for and participate in the Event, you hereby warrant and represent that you are age 18 or above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue us, our affiliates and service providers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that you or your children may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the Event, unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, willful misconduct of us. This liability waiver and release is knowingly given and specifically binding upon your heirs and assigns.

AUDIO/VIDEOTAPING, DIGITAL RECORDING, AND PHOTOGRAPHY: In general audio, image, and video recording is permitted at the event. To comply with data privacy laws, we may impose certain restrictions on the use of multimedia at its events (e.g. photography, video, audio, online streaming, and all future mediums). Attendees are permitted to use hand-held cameras and/or smart phones to take photographs and capture digital images for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS: By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that (1) we will be taking photographs and video recordings of the Event for commercial, advertising, promotional and related purposes; and (2) you grant to us a royalty-free, unconditional, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to use your likenesses, images, photographs, voices, vocal styles, statements, gestures, mannerisms and any other indicia or imitations of identity or likeness (collectively “Likeness”), in connection with its commercial, advertising, promotional and related purposes. If you do not wish to have your Likeness used by us for such purposes, please do not attend the Event.
