California Notice of Right to Opt Out
The CCPA requires businesses to give consumers certain information in a “notice at collection.” A notice at collection must list the categories of personal information businesses collect about consumers and the purposes for which they use the categories of information.
Cartamundi Group (“we” or “us”) collects the following personal data about consumers: first name and last name, email address, phone number, password, or credentials allowing access to an account, and cookies and usage data. This data is collected to process transactions, comply with laws, manage our business, or provide services. Note that we do not use such data for any purposes that are not identified within the California Privacy Rights Act Section 1798.121. We do not “sell” or “share” sensitive personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
